Whitney Trujillo, Founder & CEO
Whitney has a comprehensive background in digital brand and marketing strategy and has expertise in creating and repositioning brand initiatives. She helps to maximize brand growth and profitability via a broad array of digital platforms.
Whitney’s background also includes marketing private-placement investment products. Whitney graduated from the University of Michigan and also studied Mandarin Chinese at Middlebury College.
Whitney serves on the Board of Directors, Marketing Advisory Board at University of Denver – Daniels College of Business and on the Board of Trustees Education & Engagement Committee of the Denver Art Museum.
Whitney is the proud mother of 2 very, very busy boys.
Keri Stafford, Director of Marketing & Operations
Keri has over 15 years of marketing, advertising, and communications experience across multiple industries.
Keri holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and has extensive experience in digital marketing, project management, content strategy, product branding and event management in both B2B and B2C markets.
Keri is adept at leveraging new technologies to multiple online publishing platforms tailored for a variety of niche markets. Keri is known for problem solving with a rare blend of analytical thinking and practical creativity. She thrives on research and data but has an artistic side too.
Keri lives in Denver where she is a referee for her 3 boys (2 kids + 1 husband).
Cindy Cragg, Director of Digital Strategy
With over 20 years experience in communications and digital marketing, Cindy brings a high level of real-life experience and practical application to every project she touches. Cindy’s approach is unequivocally no-nonsense. Cindy believes that all digital marketing decisions should be back up with data. Testing and measurement are at the core of her work.
Cindy holds a master’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in New Media and Internet Marketing from the University of Denver. Cindy is an Adjunct Faculty at University of Denver’s University College and currently teaches digital marketing courses on topics such as search marketing, web analytics and digital campaign management. Cindy is Google AdWords and Advanced Analytics certified.
Cindy serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and also chairs the Communications Advisory Council for Family Tree, a Colorado-based non-profit working to help people overcome child abuse, domestic violence and homelessness.
Cindy disconnects from devices as often as possible to hit the trails of Colorado on foot or bike with her husband and daughter.
Wade Holland, Manager, Business Development & Video Content
Wade is an adventure personality and video producer. He works with small to large size brands to bring them to life through engaging original video content and through an unmatched energy. As a personality, he hosts a variety of programs from digital series, to brand feature videos, as well as national corporate events. His specialty is original adventure lifestyle content. With a background in competitive adventure sports, he knows this world well and creates entertaining lifestyle focused content.
Originally from Bozeman, Montana, Wade gained a deep understanding of the outdoor adventure space. Growing up, he competed in freestyle mogul skiing, which toured him across the rocky mountain west competing on the olympic junior national level. That brought him to the University of Colorado where he infused his adventurous nature with video marketing and began working with both local and national brands to develop marketing strategy through video content.
His passion for the outdoors, original culture, and strengthening communities, whether that’s local, national, physical or online, has helped brands and organizations across the board define their own identities and voice in a sea of endless online content.
Jessica Frazier, Digital Marketing Associate
Jessica has an extensive skill set and an array of work experience in the field of marketing and communications. She holds a journalism degree from the University of Denver and her concentration areas include copywriting, copyediting, content management and email marketing, public relations, brand building, social media strategy and digital best practices. Outside of marketing, Jessica enjoys going on travel adventures near and far with her husband (and soon, a baby boy in tow!), snuggling their two rescue pups, hiking, snowboarding, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Vanessa Mael, Digital Marketing Associate
Vanessa has over 10 years of marketing experience building digital campaigns, strategy and planning for both Dish Network and Keller Williams before joining the Luminary team. She is a lover of video, social media and children’s literature. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Vanessa holds a degree in Journalism and she moved to the US in 2002. In her free time, she enjoys adventures with her family.
Andrea Slinde, Digital Marketing Associate
Andrea is a Madison, Wisconsin native who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has experience founding natural food startups and brings an agile and creative perspective to digital marketing and brand management. She enjoys skiing and hiking in the mountains, knitting, traveling, coffee and turmeric lattes.
