4 Creative Ways to Stay Connected with Your Customers
In a world where it feels as though we have all been disconnected, it is more important than ever to stay close and keep communicating with your customers. And because we are unable to see each other in person, here are a few creative ways to stay connected with the people who are most important to your business.
1. Hold a informational webinar
Webinars can have any format you want, which can make them a lot of fun. Get creative – are you a dentist office that can offer an instructional on how to take better care of your teeth? Are you a yoga studio that can offer online classes? Are you a restaurant that can share a recipe or kitchen tips? Make sure to record it to send out later to clients who are unable to join live.
2. Survey your customers
This can be a great way to find out what your customers are up to and what they are looking for. Create a BRIEF online survey (we recommend 5 or less questions) and be sure to offer an incentive for completing it, like a future discount on your products or services. If a discount isn’t an option, you can always offer something simple like an online Amazon gift card.
3. Send a branded swag bag
Who doesn’t like getting free stuff from a favorite business? This can be as simple as stickers, a mug, or t-shirt. Not only will you surprise and delight your customer, but your brand will be in front of them in their home, for quite some time apparently. 🙂 Chances are they’ll tell their friends about this fun surprise!
4. Set up check in calls to see how you can help
Are you a service-based company that needs to drive more business? Offer free phone or Zoom consultations to help customers and future customers with pressing questions. Are you a furniture store that could offer to look at a room and make suggestions? Maybe you are a spa owner who can offer updated skin routines based on being at home and having more time to care for your skin?
This is a great time to get creative, find ways to have fun, and bring some joy or relief to your customers. If you need any help getting swag together, or creating emails, surveys or webinars, contact us today: info@luminarydigital.com.
